PROJECT STRATEGY
How can you hit a target if you don’t know where it is? Knowing where to focus our efforts is crucial to achieving success for you. This is why we start projects with a Creative Strategy Workshop session with you. Together we assemble a creative brief that acts as a road map of goals and ideas that helps take the project from concept to launch.
Giving you: Clear project goals, a list of objectives to reach those goals, a profile of your target audiences and the best content strategy to do use this effectively within your budget.

PROJECT BRIEFING
What does the team need and who's doing what? Hitting deadlines is often as important as getting results, and avoiding unnecessary delays due to misallocated resources is critical to that goal. Using the Creative Brief from the Creative Strategy Workshop, we'll pick the team and gather the assets necessary to ensure a smooth process from start to finish for you.
Giving you: Clear communication, and a project and milestone meeting schedule.

VISUAL CONTENT PRE-PRODUCTION
Now we're picking up speed. In pre-production we're laying the ground work for the main work to come. We're setting up View Exploration, putting together style concepts, storyboards and other foundational assets for the required visual content. These will go through a milestone meeting with you, and once these have received sign off the magic truly begins.
Giving you: A first look at view options, lighting studies, mood boards and/or animation story boards.

VISUAL CONTENT PRODUCTION
All the planning and preparation has led to this moment, now we'll start creating and reviewing the visual content to take a project beyond just concepts and ideas. Including you in additional milestone meetings ensures your collaboration and feedback keeps the project heading in the right direction.
Giving you: A voice in the process, interactive feedback meetings, and a peek behind the curtain to see how the magic unfolds.

DELIVERY
The final content is exported, sent and ready to turn heads.

Have we accomplished what we set out on together? After delivery, it's of the utmost importance to us that the project is getting you the results we aimed to achieve right back at the start with the Creative Brief.
